Alphatron Marine has launched the Alphatron Marine Magazine, an
international glossy to communicate and share Alphatron Marine
and JRC news, show its latest innovations and deliveries and tell
about the group's locations and services worldwide. the magazine
will also give the floor to customers and business partners.
With Rotterdam being the homeport of Alphatron Marine, the
company has handed over the first printed copy of the Alphatron
Marine Magazine to René de Vries, (State) Harbor Master of the
port of Rotterdam.
In the first March issue, readers can preview onboard the
high-tech RT Borkum, read about the SeaXplorer and learn about
the Centers of Excellence in Singapore and Houston. Readers will
find Alphatron's exhibitions and training agendas, and get to
know why Alphatron Marine reward Green Award Certificates ships
Just before printing the magazine the company opened its first
Global Customer Support Center at our Rotterdam office. In the
article, Alphatron explains how this 'one stop shop' brings day
and night service and enables it to act more proactively. And
finally, the group speaks about the importance of a good
relationship with customers, industry organizations and quality
service partners, with for example, Bert de Jager from Jumbo,
emphasizing just how important a close relationship is.
